Out of Office Life was conceived as a travel-led brand for a generation of digital nomads and location-independent professionals, people whose work, lifestyle and sense of home were no longer tied to one place. From the outset, I developed the visual identity as a complete system rather than a standalone mark, building a language that could move naturally across corporate stationery, digital communications, newsletters and social media while staying recognisable at every touchpoint.

Challenge

The challenge was to create an identity that communicated movement, freedom and travel without falling into familiar tourism clichés. It also needed to feel distinctive enough to build recognition, yet simple and flexible enough to function across a wide range of applications—from small-format stationery and email signatures to newsletters, social templates and digital content. The system had to remain visually consistent while allowing the brand to adapt comfortably across very different formats.

Objective

To build a cohesive visual language around the idea of being "always on the move". I developed the logo, typography, monochrome colour system, custom travel-inspired pattern and supporting graphic elements, then extended the identity across corporate, digital and social applications.

Results

The final identity established a cohesive and adaptable brand system spanning business stationery, iconography, email communications, newsletters and social media. A consistent visual language connected every touchpoint while giving the brand enough flexibility to grow across different formats and applications.
