Proposed concept was a simple yet long lasting solution to show the consumers Integration of the e-commerce platform & a new SSS 2.0 branding without affecting the current strong retail presence & retail operations.
Integration was done in phases across all Sun & Sand Sports retail stores. Phase 1 was with the launch of e-commerce. Following phases was done upon retail and e-commerce product alignment. Adding QR codes & NFC technology in all 2.0 stores for a unique digital browsing and shopping experience, omni-channel communications, completion of buying guides were some of the features that were integrated through usage of this concept in future phases.
